Frigate is a skill level with the only luck relating to speed of hostages. Generally it is considered amongst the easier Goldeneye [[License To Kill|LTK]] levels, due to the ability to use stealth and planning to manage most guards in isolation.  
Surface 2 is generally considered the easiest of all the LTK levels. The reason is that it essentially plays out exactly like 00 Agent, with no special skills or considerations required, and is quite short.

When guards are alerted in Frigate, they can chase you or your noise using some fairly curious and circuitous paths. As such it is recommended to be stealthy and quiet, which will mitigate guards popping up in unexpected positions.  
The guards who chase you have Klobbs, so you can sustain one hit. There are no snipers like in [[Surface 1 LTK|Surface 1]]. These guards may catch you at points, but can be avoided if slightly wider paths are taken. Beware the patrolling guards with KF7s, particularly the one by the Satellite Tower.

Overview

Surface 2 is generally considered the easiest of all the LTK levels. The reason is that it essentially plays out exactly like 00 Agent, with no special skills or considerations required, and is quite short.

Chasing Guards

The guards who chase you have Klobbs, so you can sustain one hit. There are no snipers like in Surface 1. These guards may catch you at points, but can be avoided if slightly wider paths are taken. Beware the patrolling guards with KF7s, particularly the one by the Satellite Tower.
