Walkthrough

Line up the block circled in red with the left side of the screen, you can do the trainshot with that pretty much just on the edge, or even with more of it on the screen that I've got in this image. The more of the block you have on the screen, the more forgiving the post-shot turn back to the door is.

Line up your dot with the yellow line - it's where the corrugated metal bit with the graffiti on it meets the stone part of the fence. The vertical angle is pretty forgiving, but being at the yellow line (or even ever so slightly below it) gives the best reactions as you'll actually hit the guards and alert both of them.

When you've got those two lined up, you're waiting until the graffiti on the fence (marked in blue) approaches the right side of your screen. For me, I turn right as the graffiti meets the side of the screen. If your turn is a little slower for whatever reason, you'll have to start turning earlier.

The turn itself is all feel, you'll just have to focus on it and practice it a lot. But essentially, just turn and look right at the train and shoot as soon as you're facing it, then immediately swing back so you don't run in to the fence or mess your line towards the door up. If you do hit the fence on your swing back, set your initial line before the shot to be a bit wider.

The most important part of practicing the trainshot though is feedback. Pay attention to where your shots are going and adjust your timing accordingly. Ideally, your shots should go through the centre, or the right side of the train. Shots that go into the left side of the train rarely work, if ever. If you think your shot should work, be sure to play out the run and investigate - sometimes the reactions can be very slow, and sometimes they can warp the train so Objective A (or D or E for SA/00) won't show up.
