Streets is by far the hardest level on LTK. Using the tank should make it all a bit easier since you can afford to get hit multiple times, especially if you grab the body armor near Valentin. The WR of 2:32 belongs to the very best of LTK times.

The second strategy involves using the Tank such that the two guards spend the entirety of the level trying to get on top of it, which they are unable to do. There are multiple methods available for this with a couple discussed in the below tutorials.

This is a tutorial for Goldeneye 007. For an outline of the strategies used in this tutorial, see the main level page.

Overview

Streets is a high-skill level, but can also require on some luck dependent on the strategy you use. Generally it is considered amongst the most difficult levels in Goldeneye LTK. Large open area, a high number of enemies and spawning guards pose the greatest issue to any completion.

General Completion Notes

Spawning Guards

There are 2 enemy guards who will spawn throughout the level once lines are crossed in the level. Once killed, they will be replaced and they can have either a KF7 or Grenade Launcher. The position of these spawns are semi-predictable, so with consistent timing and accuracy they can be dealt with as you proceed through the level. However, this is difficult.

Spawn Prevention Strategies

There are two main strategies for preventing or limiting the spawning of these guards.

If you don't kill the guard on the far left of the Tank area (luring instead), then one of the spawn guards will never reappear (he only appears once this guard is killed). The other spawn guard could be prevented if the guard who runs to your location at the start of the level is not killed, however there does not appear to be a feasible method for this currently.

The second strategy involves using the Tank such that the two guards spend the entirety of the level trying to get on top of it, which they are unable to do. There are multiple methods available for this with a couple discussed in the below tutorials.
